• Professional, employment, and educational information such as employer, title, and educational history where applicable to a Business Functions.
• Audio and visual information such as photos and audio recordings associated with a request for product services and benefits.
• Technical and electronic network activity information such as information regarding your interaction with our websites. 

Personal information does not include information that is deidentified, publicly available, or widely distributed by you or someone you shared the information with and did not restrict the further sharing of it. This includes your business contact information, which may have been obtained by us through such mediums as business cards, emails sent to our associates and information provided in the signature blocks of emails.

We use the personal information we collect and receive to provide the Business Functions pursuant to you or your agent’s request, confirm your rights to our Business Functions in those instances and to communicate with you or affiliated parties when necessary. • Corporate formation and governance on your or your company’s behalf such as establishing participation structures and managing those structures, making payments, and performing other business activities in connection with your, your agent’s, or your affiliated or associated company’s request(s).
• Review and analysis of information provided directly to us to ensure compliance with the business operations we are undertaking in connection with the Business Function.
• Compliance and conformity with applicable laws and regulations such as obtaining the necessary licenses to conduct Business Functions and fraud prevention.

If you are a California resident, California law permits you or an authorized agent on your behalf to request and obtain information from us regarding personal information that we collect, use, disclose or sell, if any, as well as to request the deletion or correction of such information. We do not sell or share any personal information or sensitive personal information, including for individuals under the age of 16, as contemplated by applicable laws. We disclose personal information only for the purposes of performing Business Functions.

Your Rights

• Right to Know- Up to 2 times per 12 months, you may request We disclose (1) the categories and specific pieces of personal information We have collected about you; (2) the categories of sources used to collect your personal information; (3) the business purpose for which We collected your personal information; and (4) the categories of third parties We disclosed your personal information to. The information will be provided for the 12 months preceding your request.
• Right to Delete- You may request we delete the personal information We have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions under applicable laws.
• Right to Correct- You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information We have collected about you.

Exercising your rights will not in any way affect the level of service or commitment that we are contractually or otherwise obligated to perform for you.

Please be aware that prior to fulfilling your request we may require certain information from you as necessary to verify you are the California resident. If we are unable to verify your identity, we will not be able to complete your request.

If you are an authorized agent submitting a request on behalf of a California resident, we may seek additional information from you or the resident to verify your identity and authorization before proceeding with the request. If we are unable to verify your identity or your authorization, we will not be able to complete your request.
